In his latest post Seth Godin has brilliantly summed up all my thoughts about whether I should write the content for my websites myself or not.
With this sentence: “Generally, though, if I think you’ve got an accent, it’s more difficult to trust you.” he definately dispersed all my doubts.
The contents of my blogs and websites are created by native speakers which is absolutely right and critical for winning loyal readers and customers.
Higher costs aren’t a justified excuse – I’m sure the increased investments will pay back later on. And as a proof I refer to another Seth’s blogpost on lifetime value of a customer
Do you embrace the lifetime value of your customers?
